Approvement In conducting its supervision task, Bapepam grants approvals to public banks acting as Custody Banks. A Custody Bank is Person providing collective custodian services and other materials related to securities. Persons that may perform this service are Securities Central Depositary, Securities Companies, or Public Banks upon approval from Bapepam.
