-	Securities Companies
-	Investment Advisors
-	Securities Administration Agency
-	Credit Rating Agency

Individual License is granted to:

-	Underwriter Representatives
-	Broker-Dealer Representatives
-	Investment Manager Representatives
-	Investment Fund Broker-Dealer Representatives

Others function:

- approvals

- effective registrations to capital market participants

- provide effective registration statement
